Cape Mount Academy (CMA) Brief

CMA is an undertaking borne out of personal experience of the proprietors who themselves are parents living in the community and have their personal stories to tell. They have to wake up every day at around 4:30 am in order to be able to get their children ready and take them to school and for themselves to be at the work on time since there is no school in the community that provides quality educational services for children. They were always in deep sympathy with their kids as the kids hardly sleep well. Cape Mount Academy therefore is a response to the many requests from parents and guardians for quality and standard education suitable for now and the future. In order to fulfil the quest for quality and standard education suitable for the now and the future, the proprietors of Cape Mount Academy after several consultations with parents and community members and a brief research decided to establish this institution. This school is a private co-education, non-denominational entity that will provide learning opportunities for all children irrespective of religion, color, race, creed or sex in and out of the Orugu/Madina community
